I was not given a choice
of what service I would like to have done. I was automatically given a
full set of sculpted gel nails. I was not asked about any polish I would
like with the service. The workers were unprofessional and charged me
extra when she messed up. |

I was a walk in who was
desperate. After Tony got through with my hair, I was a convert. He did a
wonderful job on my super thick hair, gave me a great easy to care for
haircut that did not sacrifice the length and then did my roots and
refreshed my overall color. I will go back to see him. |

Hair cut, color. This
salon markets itself as high end and customer focused, but is anything
but. Services are very expensive and becoming more so, stylists are
overbooked, many of the staff are cold and distant. The salon itself is
beautiful, but after a several negative experiences, I have decided to
take my money elsewhere. |

manicure, pedicure, and facials. This salon is amazing and the people are
awesome. Its such a happy place to be and the stylists make you feel so
welcomed. The work they do with hair color, nail art and skin care is
nothing short of amazing. |

I paid $ 95 for high
lights, and $30 for the cut. I was so happy! The highlights were just what
I needed and looked so natural. All the products at the salon smelled
great too and there was such a pleasant atmosphere. I felt like my stylist
really listened. |

seem to hire people just out of school. I had a gift certificate for the
salon and this girl took 3 hours just to color my hair. She was so slow
I was very annoyed and the color was not what I wanted at all. They
should not give a chair to someone who has no experience. |

Donna and her staff are true hair color experts! I have been getting my
color done for almost 3 years since my first visit and it is done
exactly the way I like it, every time!! Her staff is very friendly
and its always an enjoyable experience. |

process was not painful, just a little pinching. The girl did a nice job
shaping my brow and listened to what I wanted done. Would recommend this

girl who does the eyebrow threading is very quick, gentle, polite,
clean, experience. you have to visit once to believe it. I think she
take walk-in . But I will suggest you take an appointment. This place is

threading. I live in Maryland and travel to NY a lot the trip is so
worth while because I can stop here and get my eyebrows done.. They are
truly amazing and the price makes it a steal. The are TRUE eyebrow
artist. I love them. No shop has come close to producing my eyebrows the
was they do. |

salon is simple, But the employees/ staff make more than up for it. They
are very attentive to you when you are in their chair and to make sure
that you are satisfied, before you leave they have you do a once over. I

and color with Sally. I went in with straight one-length hair and
requested only a cut of no more than three inches, angled to my face
with the rest of the hair all one length and a dark brown color. I
walked out with black hair. She did not hear a word I said. I now
have odd lengths in all of my hair. |

were low, and so was the staff's class. I wasn't greeted when I showed
up for my appointment and felt rushed to decide on my color. My timer
rang, and no one came and the girls talked about other clients and
were gossipy. I guess my hair came out ok, but I hated it there. |

the service was friendly, the aesthetician waxed a thick layer of the skin
off & did not inform me. I noticed that she made a strange expression
& asked me if any part hurt. I did not feel pain, so I thought nothing
was wrong. She charged me full price & never even clued me in on the
mistake. When I arrived at home, I noticed the obvious mark. It took about
2 weeks for the area to heal. And to add insult to injury, she missed a
few hairs & did not even trim the hairs of the brows. |

thorough and relaxing. The massage was absolutely wonderful. The spa
pedicure and manicure were also very good. I completely enjoyed my day and
felt very very comfortable and relaxed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating
and the prices were very reasonable. |

manicure and pedicure were fantastic. The hair cut was lopsided and the
color was without tone and looked terrible. They tried to help fix it and
six months later, I am still trying to get it fixed. I have never had to
have my hair so over-processed. |
